This unit is equipped with a 15,000 BTU roof A/C unit, a 30,000 BTU furnace, and a power tongue jack.  It has a power patio awing with LED lights, exterior marine grade speakers, solid flip out entrance stairs, an outside shower, and a patio ready ramp door with cables.
